Junglee Bagicha

A Place That Was Lived In Before It Was Named

Junglee Bagicha began not as an idea, but as time spent with the land—quietly understanding the rhythm of Tipeshwar.

Introduction

How It Began

Junglee Bagicha began as a lived experience, not a planned project. Time spent on the land shaped its direction, long before any structure was built.

Sanjeev Gupta and Vinay Gupta gradually developed a connection with this space—understanding its rhythm, observing its seasons, and learning what it means to stay close to the forest.

What followed was a conscious decision to create a place that remains true to its surroundings.

Philosophy

Built with Restraint

Junglee Bagicha was developed with a clear approach—build only what is necessary and allow the rest to remain untouched.

The structures are minimal, functional, and thoughtfully placed. Open spaces are preserved to maintain the natural flow of the land.

The intention was not to create a destination, but to offer a stay that feels natural and unforced.

The Setting

Close to Tipeshwar

Located near Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary, the property is deeply influenced by its proximity to the forest.

The landscape changes with the seasons—dry and open in summer, dense and green during monsoon. Wildlife presence is subtle but constant, shaping the character of the place.

Being here is about understanding this environment, not controlling it.

A Different Kind of Stay

Junglee Bagicha is not designed as a conventional hospitality space.

There are no curated distractions or artificial experiences. The focus remains on simplicity, comfort, and connection to the surroundings.

Guests are encouraged to slow down, engage with the space, and experience the environment as it is.

Responsibility

Respecting the Land

Operating close to the forest comes with responsibility. Guests are expected to follow simple practices:

This shared responsibility helps preserve the balance of the space.

Community

People Behind the Place

The experience at Junglee Bagicha is shaped by the people who live and work here.

Their understanding of the land, local culture, and daily life adds depth to the stay. Interactions are natural and informal, creating a sense of familiarity over time.
